Snail Squash
About Snail Squash
Keeping a snail alive is the whole job here. Threats drop in from above and come in from the sides, a descending boot being the most obvious of them, and your only response is to slide the snail clear before contact lands. There is nothing to attack and nothing to collect; how long you last is the score. Because a snail moves at a snail's pace, the margins are tight, and most runs end from committing to a dodge one beat too early rather than from reacting too late — the slide has to finish where the next threat is not.
How to Play
- Slide the snail left or right to move it out from under an incoming threat.
- Watch the top of the screen — most dangers show their landing spot before they drop.
- Move late rather than early; the snail is slow, so a rushed dodge can walk you into the next hazard.
- Survive as long as you can, since there is no finish line to reach, only time to accumulate.
