What BreakArcade itself collects

The site is a set of static pages served from a CDN. It does not ask you to create an account, it has no login, and it does not collect names, email addresses, or payment details. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) are handled by our host, Cloudflare, as part of delivering the site and defending it from abuse.

The games are embedded from another company

Each game runs inside an iframe served by GameMonetize, not by us. When you press Play, your browser connects to their servers directly. That connection is subject to their privacy policy rather than this one, and they may set cookies, record gameplay events, or store your progress locally. If you never press Play, no game host is contacted.

Advertising

Games served through GameMonetize can show advertisements before or during play, and those ads may use cookies or similar technology to select what you see. This is disclosed in our ads.txt file, which lists the advertising partners authorised to sell inventory on this domain. BreakArcade does not run its own advertising or tracking outside the games.

What you can control

Blocking third-party cookies in your browser stops most ad-related tracking, though some games store progress in local storage and will forget your saves if you clear site data. Browser-level Do Not Track and privacy extensions work normally here because there is no first-party tracking script to bypass.

Children

Many visitors are school-age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because we collect none directly. If you believe a game embedded here is collecting data from children inappropriately, email us and we will remove it while we look into it.
