What this site is

BreakArcade is a free games site. You do not need an account, you are not asked for payment, and there is nothing to install. Using the site means you accept these terms; if you do not, simply stop using it.

The games are not ours

Every game here runs inside an iframe served by a third-party distribution platform, currently GamePix and GameMonetize, which licenses each title from its original developer. We select which games to feature and write the descriptions ourselves, but we do not own, host, or control the games. That means we cannot fix a bug inside a game, restore your saved progress, or guarantee any particular title stays available - a developer or platform can withdraw one at any time.

Acceptable use

Play the games, share links, and use the site as intended. Do not attempt to scrape the catalogue in bulk, embed our pages inside another site to pass them off as your own, interfere with the advertising that funds the games, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on the site. If you run a site of your own and want to link here, no permission is needed.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Games may fail to load, save data may be lost, and pages may be unavailable during a deployment or a network problem at your end. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for lost progress, lost time, or anything that happens inside a third-party game.

Intellectual property and takedowns

Game titles, artwork and code belong to their respective developers. The page text on this site - descriptions, controls, FAQs and category writing - is written by us. If you are a rights holder and want a game removed, email us with the game name and evidence of ownership and we will remove it promptly. We do not require a formal legal notice before acting.

Advertising

Games shown here may display advertising, which is how the developers and the distribution platforms are paid. The authorised sellers for this domain are listed publicly in our ads.txt file. How advertising uses data is covered in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Changes

These terms may change as the site does. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
