Shoot The Villain!

Shoot The Villain! gameplay

About Shoot The Villain!

Triangular deflectors are the only thing you control, and the bullet does not care what you intended. Clicking a block changes the angle it bounces at, so each level is a matter of working out a chain of ricochets that ends on the villain rather than in a wall. Nothing moves until you fire, which makes this a thinking puzzle wearing an action theme. The satisfying levels are the ones where the correct answer sends the bullet somewhere that looks obviously wrong for the first two bounces.

Shoot The Villain! FAQ

Is there any aiming involved?

None at all. The bullet always travels the same way, and the deflector angles are the only variable, which makes every level a fixed logic problem rather than something you can solve with a steady hand.

How do you play Shoot The Villain!?

Click or tap a triangular deflector block to change its angle. Trace the bullet path in your head before firing. Set up the whole chain of bounces rather than fixing one at a time. Look for solutions that send the bullet away from the target first.

Is Shoot The Villain! free to play?

Yes. Shoot The Villain! is free to play in your browser on BreakArcade. There is no purchase, no subscription and no account required - open the page and press Play.

Do I need to download Shoot The Villain!?

Can I play Shoot The Villain! on a school Chromebook?
