A single input carries the entire game: one click or tap flips the direction your drone orbits its core, and there is nothing else to press. That constraint quietly turns every incoming threat into a timing problem rather than a reflex test - you are not aiming or steering in the usual sense, only deciding exactly when to flip so the orbit path takes you where you need to be. It feels wrong at first, because instinct wants more control than you have been given, and the challenge is real precisely because the toolkit is so narrow. A collision ends the attempt immediately, so surviving depends on anticipating the flip after next rather than reacting to the one in front of you.

Is there any way to speed up or slow down the drone?
There is not - orbit speed is fixed and the flip is your only input. Every problem the game presents has to be solved by choosing a flip moment, which is the entire design rather than a missing feature.
I flipped in time and still crashed. How is that possible?
The flip is not instant; the drone arcs across before settling into the reversed orbit. Flipping the moment you spot a threat sends you through that arc directly into it, so the flip has to come earlier.
