Helix Rush hands you one input - drag or swipe left and right - and asks you to rotate an entire spiral tower around a ball that's falling through it at a constant speed. Red platform segments are the actual obstacle; land on one and the run ends immediately, so most of the skill is reading a few turns of the helix ahead and rotating early rather than reacting to whatever is directly under the ball right now. Gaps narrow and red segments show up more often the deeper the ball falls, and because the camera tracks the ball rather than the tower itself, it's easy to misjudge which segment is about to spin into your path next. It's a short, endlessly replayable loop built around anticipation rather than reflex speed.

The tower keeps rotating while the ball falls, so a gap that's open when you look at it can close by the time the ball actually reaches that level. Rotating a turn or two ahead of the ball avoids this.
