Planet Escape
About Planet Escape
Each planet in Planet Escape is a small trap with a rocket parked in the middle of it. Before launch you pick a difficulty, which sets how much of the terrain works against you, and then the job is to gather the minerals scattered across the surface and lift off before your window closes. The pull between those two halves is the whole game: minerals are what the run is scored on, but every extra deposit you chase is time spent on a world you are supposed to be leaving. The alien landscapes are varied enough that a route learned on one is close to useless on the next.
How to Play
- Choose a difficulty before launching — it changes how punishing the terrain and the escape window are.
- Hold the thrust control to lift the rocket and release it to drop; short taps give you fine control near the ground.
- Collect the minerals scattered around each planet, but map a route first rather than chasing deposits one at a time.
- Break off and climb out while you still have margin — a run that ends on the surface scores nothing.
Planet Escape FAQ
Does difficulty selection change the planets themselves in Planet Escape?
Choosing a harder setting tightens what you have to work with on the same worlds, so terrain you already know starts demanding cleaner flying and quicker mineral runs.
Are the minerals required to finish a planet?
Escaping is what completes a world, but the minerals are what the attempt is worth — leaving with an empty hold counts as survival rather than success.
