Aiming a drop is about where it will settle after rolling rather than where it lands, so the physics does as much of the deciding as you do. Overflow ends the run. Keeping the largest animals along the bottom and the small ones near the top is the arrangement that survives longest, and it takes deliberate effort to maintain.
