Zoolympics
About Zoolympics
Zoolympics runs on rhythm, not raw button-mashing. Tapping the left and right zones alternately builds up speed and power, similar to old-school athletics games, but the twist is the central action button — timing it inside the on-screen power bar's sweet spot decides whether a jump, throw, or hit lands clean or falls short. Mistime the build-up phase and there's no power left to release even with perfect central-button timing, but nail the alternating taps and rush the release too early and all that built-up power goes to waste anyway. Both phases have to line up, which makes early events feel forgiving and later ones punishing once the power bar starts moving faster than the earlier events did.
How to Play
- Alternate tapping the left and right zones to build up speed and power.
- Watch the on-screen power-timing bar as it moves.
- Press the central action button when the bar hits its sweet spot to release a jump, throw, or hit.
- Works with touch on mobile or mouse and keyboard on desktop.
Zoolympics FAQ
Why does a perfectly timed release still score low sometimes?
The release timing only matters if the build-up phase generated enough power first — alternating the left and right zones too slowly or unevenly caps how much power there is to release, even if the central button lands exactly on the bar's sweet spot.
Do later events get harder, or is the difficulty the same throughout?
The power-timing bar moves faster in later events than in the earlier ones, so a tapping and release rhythm that worked cleanly on an early event often needs to speed up to still land inside the sweet spot later on.
