Truck Slam
About Truck Slam
Two monster trucks share one narrow arena, and only one of them is walking away with the win. Player 1 steers with A and D, hops with W, and throws a swinging ram attack with S; player 2 mirrors that on the arrow keys plus Enter. The swing is the whole game - time it while your opponent is mid-air from their own jump and you can flip their truck clean off the platform edge for an instant round win. Rounds run maybe twenty seconds once both players know the timing, which makes it a good one to replay five times in a row on a shared keyboard before the bell rings. Button-mashing the swing constantly just leaves you open to a counter-hit the moment you land.
How to Play
- Player 1 drives with A and D, jumps with W, and fires the ram-swing with S
- Player 2 drives with the arrow keys and swings with Enter
- Knock the other truck off the edge of the arena to win the round
- Time your swing for when the opponent is mid-jump - grounded hits do far less
Truck Slam FAQ
Why does my swing attack sometimes do nothing even when I hit the other truck?
A grounded swing barely moves the opponent. The attack is built to launch a truck that is already airborne from its own jump, so landing the swing while they are mid-hop knocks them much farther toward the edge than hitting them while both trucks have all four wheels down.
Is there any downside to spamming the swing button?
Yes - the swing has a short recovery window where your truck cannot block or dodge, so a missed swing leaves you open to a counter-hit right after. Players who wait for the opponent to jump first usually land more knockouts than those who swing constantly.
