Crowd Rush
About Crowd Rush
Your crowd starts as a handful of blue blobs and grows or shrinks constantly as you run — blue gates marked with a multiplier double your numbers, red enemies chip pieces off the front of your crowd on contact, and by the finish line the size of your group is less a score than a running tally of every decision you made along the way. Steering is left-right only, dragging to shift your whole crowd across the lane, so the actual skill is reading which gate or obstacle is worth crossing the lane for versus which one to just avoid. Most runs end at a face-off gate near the finish, where your crowd's size is compared directly against a rival group, and a run that collected multipliers carelessly usually loses that comparison even after surviving everything before it.
How to Play
- Drag left or right to steer your crowd across the lane.
- Run through blue multiplier gates to grow your crowd's numbers.
- Avoid red obstacles and enemies, which shrink your crowd on contact.
- Reach the finish with the biggest crowd to win the face-off.
Crowd Rush FAQ
Why did I lose the face-off even though my crowd survived the whole run?
Survival just gets you to the face-off gate - the outcome is decided purely by comparing crowd size against the rival group at that exact point. A run that dodged every obstacle but skipped several multiplier gates can still show up smaller than a rival that took more risks.
Is it worth crossing the lane for a multiplier gate if it means passing closer to an enemy?
Usually yes, since multiplier gates compound - doubling a crowd twice ends far bigger than doubling it once and playing safe. The exception is late in a run when your crowd is already large enough that losing a chunk to a red obstacle would cost more than the gate is worth.
