About Cocktail Run

Move and jump, nothing else, which puts all the weight on level design rather than on a move set. The platforming is deliberately old-fashioned: gaps sized so that a running jump barely clears them, and hazards placed to punish landing without looking. A and D or the arrows handle movement while space, W or the up arrow all jump, so the controls fit whatever hand position you already use. Touch buttons cover the same ground on a phone, though the precision the later sections want is easier to find on a keyboard.

How to Play

Cocktail Run FAQ

Does it play as well on a phone?

It works, but the later sections ask for jump timing that on-screen buttons make harder than they need to be. A keyboard gives you a cleaner sense of exactly when the jump fires, which matters once the gaps get tight.

How do you play Cocktail Run?

Move with A and D or the left and right arrows. Jump with Space, W or the up arrow. Build a run-up before the wider gaps. Look at where you are landing rather than at the jump itself.

Is Cocktail Run free to play?

Yes. Cocktail Run is free to play in your browser on BreakArcade. There is no purchase, no subscription and no account required - open the page and press Play.

Do I need to download Cocktail Run?

No. Cocktail Run is an HTML5 game that runs inside your browser tab. Nothing is installed on your device, and closing the tab ends the session.

Can I play Cocktail Run on a school Chromebook?

Cocktail Run runs on any device with a modern browser, including low-powered school Chromebooks, because it loads in the browser rather than installing. Whether it opens depends on your network - some schools block the game host, which is outside our control.
