Twist And Roll
About Twist And Roll
Twist and Roll gives you a single yellow ball, a maze built from tight loops and narrow ledges, and a target painted at the far end that you're trying to roll straight into. Steering is all mouse-drag: pull the ball left or right to guide it around the maze's twists, and the momentum from a turn carries into the next one, so overcorrecting on an easy bend is what usually sends the ball off the edge rather than the hard corners later on. Later mazes stack loops on top of each other and narrow the path down to barely the width of the ball itself, which makes small, repeated drag adjustments more reliable than one big correction. Missing the target means restarting the maze from the beginning, not just the section you fell on.
How to Play
- Click and drag left or right to steer the rolling ball.
- Guide the ball through the maze's loops and narrow ledges.
- Make small adjustments rather than large ones — momentum carries between turns.
- Roll the ball into the target at the end of the maze to clear the level.
Twist And Roll FAQ
Why does the ball fly off the track on a turn that looks easy?
Momentum from the previous turn carries into the next one, so a hard drag on a gentle bend can send the ball into the same overcorrection that a sharp corner would. The tight-looking turns are often safer than the wide ones because they force a smaller, more careful drag.
Is a big mouse drag ever the right move?
Rarely, past the first couple of levels. Small, repeated adjustments keep the ball's momentum under control through a full loop, while one large correction tends to overshoot the turn and send the ball straight into a wall or off the edge of the track.
