Speed grows with your wallet in Retro Speed: every coin you collect makes the pixel car quicker, which is flattering for about thirty seconds and then becomes the problem. The road is busy, the view is top-down, and the faster you go the less time there is to pick a lane between the traffic ahead. Steering is simple by design — this is a game about reading gaps, not about handling.
